In one sentence: Glibo collects no data.
None of the nine games has a server, none makes network requests and none sends anything anywhere. Everything stored — nickname, avatar and progress — stays on the device and can be erased from within the game.
Controller: Mauricio La Buonora (individual), Uruguay.
Contact: soporte@glibo.app.
Each game stores some information only in the device's local storage (localStorage on the web, and the app's own storage on iPhone and iPad). That information is never transmitted.
The internal profile identifier is a random value generated on the device itself. It is never sent anywhere and does not identify a person.
Glibo does not use cookies. The local storage described in point 2 is not a cookie and is not shared with any domain or service.
Glibo is made for children aged 6 to 10. That is precisely why it was designed to collect no data at all: the safest way to protect a child's information is never to hold it.
Features meant for adults — the progress summary, this text and data deletion — sit behind a barrier requiring a button to be held for three seconds, and deletion also requires typing a confirmation word.
Since there is no database and no copy outside the device, there is nothing to request, rectify or port. Deletion is immediate and in the player's hands: Adults' area → Delete all data.
Uninstalling the app, or clearing the site's data in the browser, has the same effect.
The games integrate no third-party services. On the web version, the hosting provider may log technical connection data — such as the IP address — under its own policies, as happens when visiting any page. That occurs outside the game, and we neither control nor use it.
If a feature that does require processing data is added in future — online matches or a teacher dashboard, for instance — this policy will be updated before that feature ships, and the change will be shown clearly.
